What is PRP therapy

Platelet Rich Plasma, known as PRP, is a new generation of skin rejuvenation method used to concentrate the person's own platelets and associated factors and cytokines and repay them to the needed place.

​

Centrifugation is an easy and safe way to obtain PRP (platelet-rich or thrombocyte-rich plasma) from the patient's whole blood, which is then re-injected into joints, muscle tissue, tendon tissue or into the skin. 

​

Thrombocytes contain many different growth factors and anti-inflammatory cytokines, which have regenerating effects on the tissue and promote cell growth. 

​

After a thorough physical examination and face-to-face consultation, our plastic surgeon will discuss where and how to apply the procedure while considering the patient's expectations. The final decision will be made in consultation with the patient.
